The second Party branch of SSDPP's students holds the 2018 graduates' experience-sharing meeting

　　 At 20:00 on the evening of May 18, 2018, the second Party branch of SSDPP’s students held the 2018 graduates’ experience-sharing meeting in Room 2026 of the rear building. Fang Guoyang, Zhang Judong and Lin Ling, three masters enrolled in 2015 were invited to share their experience in academic studies, employment, and internship with the students, answer the students’ questions and help them formulate future development plans at the event. 

The experience-sharing meeting was chaired by Hu Chuan, secretary of the second Party branch. Hu introduced the three guests' employment direction and their main experience in participating in the relevant projects and internships. 

 

He hoped that the students who planned to take part in the doctor candidate entrance examination should pay attention to and seize the opportunities, participate in all kinds of projects and competitions held by the school, and pay attention to all kinds of information issued at the school’s official website. Also, we should prepare for the examination in advance and cherish our precious time. Do not hesitate to make preparations. The results of the examination depend on the accumulation in the usual time.

The second guest is Zhang Judong, a master enrolled at BNU in 2015. He passed the civil service examination of Beijing, Shijiazhuang, Chengdu and Hangzhou, and finally decided to serve with Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone (a national development zone). Zhang Judong shared his experience in preparing for and passing the civil service examination. 

First of all, no matter for the doctor candidate entrance examination or for the civil service examination, we should have a clear direction of future development; secondly, we must develop exam preparation strategies and methods suitable for ourselves; thirdly, carefully select the city for the civil service exam and take into account the future development as well as our parents and families. Finally, do not put all your eggs in one basket and do not fear hardships or setbacks. Just walk steadily forward.

The third graduate who shared her experience is Lin Ling, a master enrolled at BNU in 2015. She successively got nearly 20 offers from famous enterprises such as Microsoft, Hainan Airlines and Glodon, and finally signed a contract with COFCO for the post of meat processing training. Lin Ling shared her rich experience in practice, employment and interview, and hoped that in the process of internship and employment, we should make clear our position, constantly improve our ability, make clear the profession and industry we’ll choose, and make good preparations for the exam ahead of time. 

At the same time, Lin Ling specially made PPT for the students and gave a comprehensive and detailed introduction to the development direction and matters needing attention of SSDPP’s students. She said that in the process of choosing a job, no matter in banks, public institutions, private or foreign enterprises, in addition to the salary, we should also take into account the current situation of the industry and the working environment. Don't be discouraged when frustrated in job hunting. Find the most suitable job for yourself. 

After the experience sharing, the students asked many questions on further study and job hunting. Su Linwei asked questions about the civil service exam. Yang Ling asked questions about preparation for the doctor candidate entrance examination. Qiao Qingdong asked questions about the advantage of the employment of state-owned enterprises. The three graduates also carried out heated discussions with the students about their questions. 

At last, the Party branch gave fine graduation gifts to the three guests to thank them for taking part in the event and wish them a bright future! The event was successfully concluded, and the three guests took a group photo with the students present.
