主要工作职责：
- 完成培训，了解和掌握老年痴呆症的相关知识，掌握老年痴呆症病患和家属的教育、干预、支持和照护技能；
- 协助制定和执行老年痴呆症个案照护管理服务；
- 向北京地区的居家老年痴呆症患者及家庭提供综合到户服务，对患者进行综合评估，制定个人照顾计划，执行个性化的干预方法，协助和培训老年痴呆症患者家人和照顾者应对日常照顾任务， 提供居家环境改善建议；
- 在机构内，带领面向患者和家人的多元团体活动；
教育背景要求；
- 具有社会工作、心理学、老年人事业管理或护理等相关专业专科学历及以上；
- 非社会工作、心理学、老年人事业管理和护理专业毕业，拥有其他专业专科学历及以上， 有一年以上老人、身心障碍者或照顾服务相关工作经验；
- 注册助理社工师、社工师或高级社工师优先考虑；
- 有海外教育、学习或相关工作经验的优先考虑；

post: dementia care and support social worker(Beijing)

Main responsibility
- finish training, learn and understand knowledge of dementia, acquire skills to deliver education, intervention, support and care services to dementia patients and their families;
- assist developing and implementing care management for dementia cases;
- deliver comprehensive services to dementia patients who live at home, including conduct assessment, care planning, implementing personalized intervention, assist and train families and care givers, provide consultation on environment modification
- Lead diverse group therapies for patients and families inside shop
Education background:
- Majored in social work, psychology, gerontology or nursing major with diploma degree(3 ear) at least;
- Or
- graduate from other major with diploma degree at least, with at least one year experience working with elderly, disabled and care services;
- registered assistant social worker, social worker and senior social worker will be preferred
- foreign education, visiting study and working experiences will be preferred
- highly passionate towards care and have courage to face challenges
- excellent capacity to work independently and good team player
- excellent capacity to community effectively and develop good working relationship with clients
- excellent capacity in writing and drafting report
